Where to process the Timor Sea oil?

Notwithstanding the agreement achieved between Australia and East Timor concerning Joint Petroleum Development Zone (JPDA) and Greater Sunrise, it seems that it remains a long way to a profitable oil/gas production. East Timor and Australia have not yet agreed upon where the processing plant should be located. East Timor insisted that the oil and gas should be piped to East Timor, while Australia tried to convince East Timor that processing oil and gas would be much more profitable in Darwin, Northern Territory. Due to the disagreement, it seems that the process may takes years before that real production takes place.
