GeoPolitical Boundaries

Do you know where to obtain the latest provincial, kabupaten and possibly kecamatan and kotamadya boundary files. Preferably as shapefiles. I want to include them on Wikimapia. (www.wkimapia.org)

I have been looking for along time and so far no luck.
